What is Online Personal Training (O.P.T.)?
Online Personal Training is hand written workouts that are specific to your needs. Each workout
is designed to build, define, sculpt, and mold one's body. In order to get is shape one must exercise for at least 30
to 50 minutes a day. O.P.T gives those the freedom to workout at his or her pace and on his or her schedule. Also for those
who are a member of a gym, you don’t have to walk around trying to figure out which machine to use next. O.P.T. is a
written game plan towards your results. A lot of times people have the dedication and motivation to workout but don't know
how to properly work each muscle. O.P.T. breaks down each muscle group into sections and plans which muscle(s) and exercises
will be done on a given day.
