THREE PROGRAMS TO CHOOSE FROM

These programs are 50 minute one-on-one personal training sessions.  All programs are specifically designed to achieve your personal fitness goals.


GET IS SHAPE, STAY IN SHAPE

 

  THREE SESSIONS PER WEEK

The most productive program.  Each and everyday you come into the gym you will get that push you need to achieve maximum results.  Best for beginners and those who need that motivation every time they come into the gym.

TWO SESSIONS PER WEEK

The most popular program.  Two times per week you will get the best workouts of your life on that third day a written workout will be made for you to follow on your own.  Your job is to keep that same intensity that you had those two prior sessions. 

ONE SESSION PER WEEK
A great start.  Initially designed for maintaining, but now moved to those just testing the waters and seeing if this is something they want or if they need a slower start.  You do agree that something is better than nothing right?  Plus on this program the other two days you are in the gym you will have written workouts to follow.
