THE THREE ELEMENTS:

 

Nutrition  Cardio  Weights


All three elements Must work together in order to achieve 100% of your fitness goals.

Nutrition:

Nutritional coaching: We keep track of what is going into your body, the good and the bad.

Daily calorie intake amounts: We follow what your metabolism is burning and the amount of calories we burn during exercise.

 

Monthly nutritional evaluations: As your body changes so does your nutrition and your calorie intake.

 

 

CARDIO:


T.H.R. (Target Hear Rate):  Teach you how to monitor your target heart rate.

 

Fat burning zone:  Show you the importance of the fat burning zone.

 

Cardio zone:  Help you understand the pros and cons of the cardio zone.

 

Monthly cardio evaluations:  Monthly step test and T.H.R. tests to make sure the heart is getting stronger.

 

 

RESISTANCE TRAINING:


Workout log:  Each and every workout will be recorded and filed in order to keep workouts changing.

 

Monthly Strength Tests:  Evaluations to make sure your body is getting that muscle you need.
