DOES IT REALLY WORK?
Most don't
understand that losing weight is a change of life. Most only focus on one or two aspects of the three important
elements needed to achieve and maintain your fitness goals. Nutrition, cardiovascular training, and resistance training.
All three must work together in order to reach those goals. Once all are working together the pounds shed off.
Understanding how the body works is very important, but most
importantly, understanding how your body works is where the more permanent change comes into play. Does it really
work is not the question; the question is will you work with it?
WHY THE PERSONAL TRAINING ROUTE?
Motivation. Keeping your motivation
is a very hard thing to do. Life gets in the way all the time. You must have your fitness goals as a top
priority. If not, then too much can interfere with what you are trying to do. Obligations. You now
have no reason to skip or miss a session. Knowledge. Most don't know the way that their muscles work and how
they respond. Support. A trainer that will push you to your limits day in and day out, for better
or for worse.
